Our Vision for Students

At Storyline, we are all about sharing the Gospel within the context of relationships. The heartbeat of Storyline Student ministry lies in the ability to build relationships with kids and bring the content of God’s word to bear on their lives. We dream of seeing kids join a small group led by our volunteer leaders. The purpose of these groups is for kids to gain a greater knowledge of God’s word, build godly relationships with peers, and have access to a mentoring leader that helps them navigate the difficult adolescent years.

Supporting and surrounding our small group strategy are the more visible components of our ministry: weekly club meetings, activities, events, and retreats. Our club meetings will consist of ridiculous skits and laughter, ice breakers (games) and interaction, worship, and relevant messages from scripture that connect to the soul needs of kids in this generation.

Student Club Night

Each week we host a high-energy, fun-filled large-group student gathering (7th-12th grade). This gathering serves as the “front door” for our ministry, providing a place for kids to invite their friends to laugh, sing, and listen to a solid message from Scripture.

Launching Small Groups

In conjunction with our Student Club nights, students are encouraged to engage with a small group. Led by young adults, college students and parents, these groups offer students an opportunity to discuss what the Bible says and how it affects their lives.

Creating Fun Environments

We work hard to provide opportunities for students to have fun together. See below or visit the events page to see what’s coming up next!
