While our home groups take a break for the summer, we’re offering several opportunities for you to dig deeper into the Bible with small groups of adults. These focused studies are a great chance for you to study the Bible, make friends, and grow together as believers. Classes will fill up quickly so sign up today! Coed Groups
Basic Essentials

Basic Essentials for Following Jesus (All Ages)

Leader: John Resetarits
Day/Time: Wednesdays @ 7 p.m.
Duration: 5 weeks starting June 7th
Location: The Resetarits Home (near 80th & Simms)

 

This class is for new believers or anyone who wants to become grounded in the basics of Christianity. The class will focus on two objectives. First, to become established in core Christian beliefs. Second, to grow in your personal relationship with God through Jesus. Topics include: sin, repentance, forgiveness, faith, how to develop a personal devotional time, prayer, the role of the Holy Spirit, spiritual growth and more.

Financial Peace

Financial Peace (All Ages)

Leader: Todd Gonzales
Day/Time: Thursdays @ 6:30 p.m.
Duration: 5 weeks starting July 20th
Location: The Gonzales Home (near 52nd & McIntyre, Golden)

 

An introduction to financial stewardship. Find out not only what the Bible has to say about money, but discover practical principles for getting out of debt, building a budget, spending and saving wisely and much more from best selling author and financial coach, Dave Ramsey. Open to HS grads, men, women, singles and couples.

Knives & Neighbors (All Ages)

Day/Time: June 20th and July 15th OR June 22nd and July 15th
Location: The Brown Home (near 58th & Ward)

 

An instructional course on caring for your neighbors through hospitality and the culinary arts. Leaders Matt and Anne Brown bring their chef and hosting experience to give you an “under the lid” look at cooking and neighboring well.  This 2-session workshop includes the preparation and practice of cooking a meal together as well as tips and tricks for hosting your next gathering. The workshop is for individuals or couples and costs $10 per person.  Space is limited at 8 people per class so sign up soon!

Preparing For Takeoff: God’s Plan for Growing Kids and Parents (All Ages)

Home is a launching pad, not a landing place. Join Rick and Sally Lewis and Lange and Jamie Patrick for a 5-week parenting workshop focusing on practical and heart-level tools that will help you and your children grow in grace. We’ll cover topics like how to parent Biblically when it comes to technology, discipline and cultural trends.

Kingdom Man (All Ages)

This study challenges men to fully understand their position under God. It provides concepts men can follow that will help them to actively pursue ways to maximize the character qualities of biblical manhood in their lives. Breakfast provided.

Masculine Mandate

Christian men today need to examine their hearts and embrace their God-given mandate. Only then will they be able to recognize their high calling, and by God’s grace, serve faithfully in whatever context God has placed them.

Come gather with other women for this teaching-based study as we dive deep into Philippians. We’ll learn through the life of Paul that no matter what your season, choosing joy is possible and really can make all the difference.
