MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

  • Our Middle School students meet weekly on Sunday nights from 5-7 p.m. They will check-in at the Storyline Student Room (just west of our main entrance) and then gather for a time of large group teaching and pizza (because everyone loves free food!)

The High School students will join them for a time of worship and then all Middle School students will head to their small groups based on their grade and gender.

With discipleship in mind, adult small group leaders lead the same group every week for the whole year in order to continually build relationships with students. The night will end with a fun hang out time and games in the gym.

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

  • Our High School students meet weekly on Sunday nights from 5-7 p.m. They will check-in at Storyline Church’s main entrance, where they will get to hang out, meet new friends, and of course, enjoy some free pizza!

Then they will join the Middle School group for a time of worship followed by large group teaching. The High School students will end the night with small groups, where they will be in a group based on their grade and gender. These groups remain the same for the whole year in order for students and adult leaders to build relationships with one another.

FAQs

  • We aim to disciple students to live in God’s story and find the good life that is found in Jesus. Throughout their time in Storyline Students, teenagers will hear the Gospel proclaimed in at every gathering, having Scripture be their guide to know God and love all people.

Throughout our three year scope, the Christian story will be unpacked through 8 Threads of the Christian Story, 7 Major Christian Beliefs, and 6 Christian Formations in order to know Jesus and love all people.

  • Once students are in 6th grade, they are able to (and encouraged) to serve!

For more information at serving at Storyline Church, head over to our serve page.

  • When your kids are at Storyline, we desire to provide a safe environment for them to learn about Jesus. We have security measures, onboarding processes, and training for all the leaders who serve in our ministry.

  • During the summer, we take a break from our regularly planned student programming. In June, we focus on serving. Students have the opportunity to join mission trips (local, continental, and international) as well as serve at our annual Kids Camp. In July we focus on community by hosting weekly Bible study opportunities as well as weekly summer activities!

  • We are always looking for adults to serve in student ministry! Teenagers face so much today and need adults in their lives to help them navigate the good and the bad. If you’re interested in serving and discipling our students, head over to our serve page.

  • We love the opportunity to talk with students and their parents about baptism! If you are a follower of Jesus and want to take this next step of obedience, fill out this form and we will schedule a conversation with you.
